Raspberry and Kale Smoothie

Recipe Ingredients
1 1/2 cups raspberries  
1/2 banana chopped or sliced
1 cup shredded or chopped kale
3/4 cups fat free yogurt
2 tbs honey
1 tbs peanut butter
1 tbs flaxseed meal
1 cup ice – cubed or crushed
Raspberries and bananas

Raspberry and Kale Smoothie

Combine all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until you have reached your desired consistency. Once completed, grab your favorite jar, cup, or mug, garnish with a sprig of mint and serve. You cannot go wrong with this delicious smoothie.
