2 14oz cans coconut milk
2 cups vegetable broth (or chicken broth)
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs dark brown sugar
1/2 lbs baby potatoes (halved)
1 head of broccoli cut into florets
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp cumin seed
Salt & pepper (to taste)
(Protein Optional)
