Chicken & Dumplings Cooking Directions
Combine onion, chicken, spices, cream of chicken soup, and broth into a crock-pot, and cook on high for 5 hours. Remove chicken and shred, once complete, return chicken to crock-pot. Add frozen mixed vegetables, chopped parsley, and coriander, mix. Place biscuits on top of the chicken mixture and cook for one more hour or until biscuits are done. You can also cut up the biscuits and place the pieces directly in the chicken mixture. Once cooked through serve and enjoy!
