Singapore Noodles Cooking Directions
Pour boiling water over and soak dehydrated rice noodles for 10 min. Pur soy sauce in a separate small dish and add the curry powder and water. Mix together thoroughly. Once noodles are soft, drain. Chop peppers and saute with a little oil for about 3-4 min or until soft (to your liking). Add noodles and sauce mixture to the pan as well as snap peas. Heat through and enjoy!
